Refund policy

If your coffee ever arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, then we are happy to refund your purchase. Please make sure to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can make sure you get taken care of and make it right with you!

All of our coffee is roasted to order, specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of each order, we do not offer refunds outside of damaged packaging or order mistakes.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
