Brand Worldbuilding

For Dog Companies

I help dog companies become more than just the products they sell. Through bold concepts, merch drops, campaign thinking, and creative direction, I work with founders to unearth their hidden creative potential and build a world people want to wear, share, and talk about.

BEHIND THE CURTAIN

Ricky Lee Silber

I once drank mushroom tea with a Colombian shaman in search of truth. I disconnected from my online following of over 100k in order to disconnect from my ego and live more authentically, but I made sure to keep just enough ego to remind my friends that I once had over 100k followers.

WHY ME

A Creative Catalyst

With a track record of innovative and unconventional thinking, including leading creative sessions for Nestle, The Toronto Blue Jays and Heineken, I create emotionally memorable brand worlds with distinct creative identities that stand out and position away from commoditization.

“Ricky Lee Silber scares me with his robot simplicity and android precision. Worship him or despair.”

Alec Sulkin

Executive Director, Family Guy

“If Alec Sulkin likes this stuff then I do too.”

Tom Gammill

Writer, The Simpsons

“Original, inventive & fun. That’s Ricky Lee Silber. Enjoy him while he’s still affordable!”

David N. Weiss

Vice President, Writers Guild of America, Writer Shrek 2

“Ricky Lee Silber is persistent, which means he has a vision of where he’s going and a good understanding of which roads might lead him there. That makes him smarter than about 95% of everybody.”

Jerry Shereshewsky

Senior Executive, Yahoo!, Coca-Cola, Y&R, Wunderman

“Beneath the crumbling ruins of a once proud civilization, Ricky Lee Silber slumbers in his obsidian sarcophagus, awaiting the deafening trumpet of doom that will signal his unholy return.”

Andres du Bouchet

Writer, Conan O’Brien Show

THE REVELATION

A Shift to Dogs

One of my biggest takeaways from the tea session was my passion for dogs. It was then that I decided to use my creativity to serve dogs, and other founders whose mission is the service of dogs.

CREATIVE COLLABORATION

Brandworld Blueprint

Over 3 months, we work together to uncover and expand the most compelling creative version of your brand, leaving you with a stronger creative identity, clear brand direction and sharp differentiation from competitors.

  • Month 1

    Discovery + Creative Foundation

The first month is focused on uncovering the most compelling and differentiated version of the brand.

Together, we explore the emotional identity of the company, the founder’s creative instincts, the current strengths and weaknesses of the brand, and where the biggest opportunities for world expansion exist. This phase helps clarify what makes the brand culturally interesting, emotionally memorable, and distinct from competitors.

By the end of Month 1, we’ve established a stronger creative foundation, clearer positioning, and several promising creative territories worth expanding.

  • Month 2

    Worldbuilding + Creative Expansion

The second month focuses on expanding the brand beyond the product itself.

This is where we begin developing the larger universe around the company through bold concepts, merch directions, campaign ideas, recurring themes, and creative storytelling opportunities.

The goal is to make the brand feel more emotionally engaging, recognizable, and culturally alive — something customers want to wear, share, and talk about.

By the end of Month 2, the brand begins feeling more differentiated, more ownable, and more creatively expansive.

  • Month 3

    Refinement + Long-Term Creative Direction

The final month focuses on refining the strongest concepts and organizing the creative direction into something cohesive and sustainable.

Together, we identify the most aligned opportunities, strengthen consistency across ideas, and develop a clear roadmap for future creative growth. This phase helps turn creative exploration into focused long-term direction the brand can continue building from after the engagement ends.

By the end of Month 3, the brand leaves with strong creative clarity, sharp differentiation, a deep identity, and a backlog of future creative opportunities to continue expanding the brand world.
